This Godforsaken Rock - Combat Demo

Lead a squad of misfit soldiers to wipe out a gang of bandits.

Organize your equipment. Take the skills and abilities of your soldiers into account, and form a plan of attack.

Approach the enemy camp. Break line of sight and use cover until you're in position so you can take the initiative on the battlefield.

Make contact. Kick-in-the-door. Skirmish. Use stealth. Set up trap. Create a distraction. The mechanics allow many tactics to achieve your goal.

Use your 'eye in the sky'. Real-time tactical info is fed to your squad from an observing drone above, but it can't see through roofs, so beware of ambushes.

Fight with both conventional weapons and 'devices'. Devices such as remote bombs, drones, bullet-blocking shields and stun guns can be used strategically to turn the tide of battle.

Prevent escape. The leader is your true target, but they may make a run for it during the battle. Position your squad carefully to cover all exits.

This vertical slice is designed to take 10-15 minutes, and showcases combat preparation, execution, and looting mechanics.
